Exploring Better Ways to Produce, Consume & Understand the News
I began The FJP in 2011 as a blog to explore disruption, opportunity and inovation in the news industry. Over the years, its audience grew to a few hundred thousand and with that audience acquisition, we transitioned to the next stage in its growth.
Specifically, we focused on better ways to produce, consume and understand the news. To do that, we brought news and storytelling off our screens and into physical spaces where we created events and experiential environments where news producers and audiences could interact with and learn from one another.
I concluded The FJP in 2017. It was simply a matter of moving on. That story is here.
