Yellow

My bestest stab at media criticism once ran thus: “cheapshot: when coldplay writes a new song, do they go through all their old songs to decide which one it should sound like?”

But it’s true and I’ll defend it as true. Yellow put these guys on the map as “serious musicians” and that’s about it. A great, wonderful song, although I don’t know why we dwell on them.
