The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation issued a report that large-scale investment in US digital infrastructure could lead to a million new jobs in 2009.
The foundation claims that a $30 billion investments divided between broadband, health IT and the smart grid will employ more than similar investments in physical infrastructure (e.g., roads and bridges).
